Refund Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
The short version
- All sales are final. We do not give refunds.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
No refunds
Fantasy War Rooms Pro is a digital service that is available the moment you pay. For that reason all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits, in whole or in part, for:
- monthly subscriptions;
- yearly subscriptions;
- league passes, including when league-mates do not use the pass or the league breaks up;
- renewal charges, including a renewal you meant to cancel;
- time left in a billing period after you cancel;
- AI analyst questions you did not use;
- one-time contributions.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Use the "Manage or cancel billing" link on the AI Analyst tab, or write to logan@fantasywarrooms.com from the email address you paid with.
- Cancelling stops all future renewals. You will not be charged again.
- You keep Pro, and a league keeps its pass, until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
Billing mistakes
If you believe you were charged in error, for example charged twice for the same subscription, write to logan@fantasywarrooms.com within 60 days with the email address used at checkout. We will look into it and correct genuine billing errors.
Where the law says otherwise
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honor it.
Disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most problems can be sorted out faster by email.
