Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Fantasy War Rooms ("we", "us") covering your use of fantasywarrooms.com. By using the site you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

Fantasy War Rooms provides fantasy football tools and information: trade ideas, waiver priorities, trade values, rankings, trends, links to news, and an AI analyst. It is for entertainment and information only.

• Nothing on the site is betting, financial or professional advice. You make your own roster, trade and waiver decisions and are responsible for them.
• Player values, statistics and news come from outside sources. They can be wrong, late or incomplete, and we do not guarantee any result in your league.

No affiliation

Fantasy War Rooms is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sleeper, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker, the National Football League, its teams or players, or any of the data and news sources shown on the site. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 to use the site and at least 18 to buy a subscription or make a contribution.

Free and paid features

Much of the site is free and needs no account. A paid subscription ("Pro") adds the AI analyst, within the daily and monthly question limits shown on the site, along with the other Pro features listed there when you subscribe. A league pass gives Pro to everyone in one league; see "League passes" below.

We may add, change or remove features and limits. If a change significantly reduces what Pro includes, we will tell subscribers before their next renewal.

Subscriptions and billing

• The price and billing period are shown before you pay, for a monthly or yearly subscription and for a league pass alike. Payment is taken in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time using the "Manage or cancel billing" link on the AI Analyst tab, or by writing to logan@fantasywarrooms.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will email you beforehand.
• Sales tax may be added where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, Pro may be paused until it goes through.

All sales are final

Payments are not refundable. The details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Access keys

After you subscribe you are shown an access key. It is how the site recognizes your subscription, so save it and keep it private. A subscription is for one person, on that person's own devices. We may cancel keys that are shared, sold or misused. If you lose your key, use "Email me a new key" on the AI Analyst tab, or write to logan@fantasywarrooms.com from the email address you paid with.

League passes

• A league pass is bought by one person and covers one league: the league that was open on the site when it was bought, which is named on the payment page.
• While the pass is active, anyone who has that league open on the site has Pro for that league. There is no access key. Pro does not carry over to a person's other leagues.
• Each person can ask up to the daily number of AI analyst questions, and the league as a whole shares a monthly number. Both limits are shown before you pay. Questions used by anyone in the league count toward the league's monthly limit.
• The pass renews automatically and is cancelled the same way as any subscription. Only the buyer is charged, and only the buyer can cancel. When a pass ends, the league goes back to the free features.
• A pass stays with its league. It follows a Sleeper league that renews for a new season. It cannot otherwise be moved to another league, except that if you bought it for the wrong league by mistake, write to logan@fantasywarrooms.com and we will move it.
• A pass is for the managers of that league. We may end a pass that is used to give access to people outside it.

One-time contributions

A contribution is a voluntary payment to support the site. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and does not unlock Pro or any other feature.

The AI analyst

Answers are written by an artificial intelligence model. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment. Questions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• share, resell or sublicense paid access;
• scrape or bulk-copy the site, or use it to build a competing service;
• try to get around question limits, payment or security;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the site;
• use the AI analyst for anything other than fantasy football, or to produce harmful or unlawful content;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

League data

League information is loaded from Sleeper, MyFantasyLeague or Fleaflicker using the username or league ID you enter, and remains subject to that service's own terms. Only load accounts and leagues you are entitled to view.

When you rate an idea, the rating's scores are pooled anonymously to improve the default rankings, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you share a trade, the link shows your league's name and the two team names to anyone who opens it.

Our content

The site's design, text and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal fantasy play. Data and trademarks from outside sources remain the property of their owners.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on outside services, including Sleeper, and may be interrupted, delayed or changed without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost league winnings, entry fees, wagers or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or 50 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending access

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including a paid subscription, if you break these terms. Payments already made are not refunded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant we will tell subscribers by email or on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
